Stoves Richmond Flavours 1100DFT Freestanding Range Cooker not only comes with such striking features, it is further enhanced with a palette of wonderful colours to choose from. Aubergine, Jalapeno, Papaya, Sushi and White are the colours to choose from to add personality to one’s cooking corner. With a dimension of 90 centimetres in height, 110 centimetres in width and 60 centimetres in depth the cooking range settles comfortably in the kitchen space.

The Gas Hob:

The top most compartments consist of 7 burners. They are equipped with automatic ignition and wok burner.  This enhances ease of use and comfort. Two small burners with 1.0 kW, 3 medium with 2.0 kW, 1 large burner with 3.0 kW along with 3.5 kW wok burners are the power rangers of the stove that help in boiling, deep frying or steaming. The accessories provided in this are removable griddle and good pan supports made of cast iron for durability and convenience. The gas burner is equipped with Flame Safety Device ensuring that the range adheres to the safety measures. This cooking range is LPG convertible too making it all the more flexible.

Conventional Oven and Grill:

This oven is found in the top left corner of the cooking range. It has a cooking capacity of 35 litres. The electric oven is powered with 1.3 kW and the grill has 2.7 kW power. The door is drop down in style. There is one shelf which can be placed in two different positions according to one’s convenience. Internal light is not available in this compartment. Dual grill is the most productive feature. This enables one to economise the power used.

Fanned Oven:

Situated in the top right hand corner of the cooking range, the fanned oven has a working capacity of 59 litres with 2.0 kW power. Equipped with internal light and 2 shelves that can be shifted around in 5 different places accentuates the thought process that has undergone in the designing of the appliance. It has a right hand door with sturdy handle bar for easy use. Fanned oven is ideal for uniform heating as the air circulates the hot air within. This helps greatly for defrosting large amounts of food too.

Multi-functional Oven and Grill:

With a power capacity of 2.0kW for both grill and oven, this compartment is found in the bottom left of the cooking range. It has a cooking capacity of 54 litres. It comes equipped with left hand door and internal light. There are two shelves with 5 different positions to choose from. This oven effortlessly handles 9 different functions. They are

• Intensive bake – ideal for high moisture content food items like quiche etc
• Conventional oven – where both the heating elements are used in the cooking process
• Browning element – suitable for food items that needs to be glazed brown in the top
• Fanned oven – perfect for cooking or baking in batches
• Fanned grill – great for thinner food as heat would be circulate thus eliminating the need to turn the food around
• Pizza settings – additional feature exclusively for pizza preparation
• Defrost  function – enables easy and effortless defrosting that keeps the food both fresh and hygienic
• Top and base heat – either of the heating elements can be used according to the cooking process requirement
• Dual grill – Minimise the usage of power as one can make use of either the single or dual grill according to the quantity of food.

Slow cook Oven:

It is yet another oven that is found in the bottom right corner of the cooking range.  It has a cooking capacity of 39 litres with a power of 0.16 kW making it ideal for slow roasting of poultry and meat. The door is drop down in style and internal light is absent in this compartment. Though the oven does not come with a storage draw, accessories such as a grill pan, handle, trivet and roasting tin are found in the oven and grill cavities.

Miscellaneous:
Features like telescopic shelves are thoughtfully added to ensure smooth movement of food and decrease in the waste of energy when the door is opened. The oven is easy on maintenance as it is fully coated with pristine enamel that enables swift and effortless cleaning.
