Physical characteristics:

The gas range stands steady with a mass of 96 kilograms. Hoover HPF90X Dual Fuel Range Cooker is equipped with adjustable legs to further make it firm on the ground. The entire stove is very compact with dimensions of 910 millimetres in height, 900 in width and 600 in depth. The “60 centimetre” standard kitchen space is applicable to this appliance making it a perfect fit for all. It has a rating of C in its energy class performance. The cooking range has a gas hob which deals with all the steaming and deep frying. Below that is the control panel that holds the functioning of the stove. The oven is multi-functional in nature. It acts as a conventional one where both the top and bottom heating elements work together creating intensive heat. It is ideal for casseroles and pot cooked dishes as they need to be cooked slowly in the heat. Fan cooking too is possible in this oven. It is more efficient and economical as there is no need for pre-heating. The cooking is much shorter and with lower temperatures. The combination cooking is enabled with the lower element and the fan. The top element and the bottom one work individually if needed. Grill functions along with the rotisseries in order ensure uniform browning and roasting. Though pizza function is non-existent one can easily make use of the bottom element for the cooking. Over all there are 8 functions. 2 shelves and a baking tray are the accessories found in the oven. The oven door has an easy view window that allows one to see the cooking process along with an internal light. The door though not removable is a triple glazed one ensuring long life and easy maintenance.

The Additional Features:

There are catalytic liners that ease the cleaning process. At the temperature of 200 degree Celsius the grease and spills get oxidised and can be cleaned away with a simple wipe. A large storage shelf is provided at the bottom of the oven helping one to organise the accessories and dishes out of the way. A cooling fan is provided to ventilate the oven thus increasing the longevity and also preventing the condensation during the cooking process. A 24-hour clock is provided in the control panel.
