Controls:
Caple Sense CR1204 Twin Range Cooker is been equipped with an attractive control system where in the clock and the timer is been set with the touch control keys and it is applicable for only the main oven. There are about 9 control knobs which are been dedicated for each of the functions like the main oven thermostat, main oven switch, front left burner, rear left burner, control burner, rear right burner, front right burner, convention oven switch knob, conventional oven thermostat knob. It also comes with the thermostat indicator light for each of the ovens.
The hob and its features:
The hob that runs for the full width accommodates 5 burners and it functions with the gas fuel. The power of each of the burners are variable and it goes as a single triple ring burner, 1 dual control triple burner, 2 of semi-rapid burners and a single simmer burner. These burners are supported with a heavy duty cast iron pan supports and the wok support is also included. The pans and pots of different sizes can easily be accommodated in the required burners and when all the burners are put to function it gives lavish space between each of the pots and pans with out disturbing each other. The controls are rotary knob which dials to increase and decrease the flame. The auto electronic ignition is also present with makes the lighting up simple without any need of extra gadgets like the lighters.
Main Oven and its features:
The main oven present on the left holds the capacity of 59 litres. It gives about 8 functions and they are suitable for the particular type of cooking. It is rather known as the multifunctional oven. Its functions are based on the 4 heating elements where the bottom element is 1200 Watts, top element is of 1000 Watts, the grill element is 2000 Watts and the circular element is 2200 Watts. Right side Oven:
This is a conventional oven which is been provided with 3 heating elements where the top element is 700 Watts, the bottom element is 800 Watts and the grill element is 1450 Watts. It has a thermostat control knob which rotates clock wide and sets the temperature ranging from 50 degree C to 250 degrees C. The function selector knob is also provided to set the various functions the use of lower and upper elements help to make best roasts, ribs and meringues. The traditional grilling suits the browning effect in the toasts. It can also been equipped with a rotisserie.
Other product features:
Both the ovens come with an internal light which illuminates during the functioning of the ovens. The doors feature with the double glazed glass which has a heat reflective glass. The full door is made of glass which acts as a viewing window. It is possible to remove the inner glass. The ovens have a cooling fan and grill functions. This model does come with a storage compartment which makes storing the essentials easy. The LPG jets are included and hence conversion is possible.
