Product:
This stainless steel range cooker is a dual fuel one with double oven which are multi functional. This requires hardwiring by an electrician. It is of stainless fascia which also has a triple glazed door. The oven interior is smooth with an integral cooling system. It also has a newly designed angular bar handle. It has a conventional top and bottom heating and the heating functions are both forced air and conventional.
Range Cooker Type:
The BOSCH HSB745A55E is a free standing cooker. It is also height adjustable which makes it more comfortable and user friendly. This has a totally connected load electricity of 3.8 kW. This does not have a mark or finger resistant coating and the hob surface is also of stainless steel
Fuel Type:
This is a dual fuel range cooker which can be used with electricity and natural gas. This also has an LPG conversion jet which enables to switch to LPG gas when needed. You need a CORGI gas fitter to ensure the warranty. This also is provided with an automatic gas cut out facility as a safety measure.
Number of Ovens:
TWIN OVEN - which has a capacity of 52 and 31 litres. This has a very good storage compartment which can be used as both warming area or storing pans and plates. The maximum oven cooking heat is of 250C. It has a smooth interior. It has a left hand multifunction oven whereas the right side oven is a conventional one.
Both the oven do have interior lights and easy to clean enamel liners with drop down doors. There are 3 non tip shelves attached to the door and there are five shelf positions which are flexible. The ovens can be used for a variety of cooking and baking. You also have hot air cooking and hot air grilling.
There is also a viewing window to the oven doors. The largest baking area in the main oven is 1000 cm2. This dual fuel range cooker has double grills which are integrated inside the ovens. The larger one can be used for half grill. You also have a closed door variable grilling option.
Main oven - The main oven has 7 cooking functions which include conventional top and bottom heating, hot air cooking, hot air grilling, bottom heat, defrost setting and closed door grilling.
Second oven - This also has 4 cooking features. They are conventional top and bottom heat, variable grill, bottom heat only and top heat only.
Oven Energy - Both the oven energy is rated as B.
Hob:
GAS HOB - which has a surface of stainless steel. . This is sometimes easily scratchable. There is a cast iron pan support. There is a push button ignition for the hob.
Hob Safety:
There is also hob safety which is fitted with thermocouples which compliances with the legislation for flats and other multi-dwelling habitats. The safety thermocouples switches off the gas automatically if the flame accidentally extinguishes and these measures are taken in compliance with the FSD legislation clause 8.2.1 of IGE/G/5.
Cooking Elements:
The BOSCH dual fuel 100cm range cooker has 5 burners. They include a simmer or economy burner, two standard burners and rapid or high speed burner. There is a triple ring high speed wok burner. There is no griddle but it has a fish burner. There is an LED display and timer. There is auto cooking facility also which makes to set your cooking options in absence also. Fan cooking is also an added option.
There are three cast iron pan supports with a brushed steel back panel available. This can be used as an optional accessory. The code number is HEZ 745100.
